What the data says

USDT

USDT on BSC is Tether's dollar on the chain that still clears a meaningful share of stablecoin volume — issued by Binance's peg mechanism under the BEP-20 standard at 0x55d398326f99059ff775485246999027b3197955, the canonical BSC mint. Our October 9, 2026 snapshot reads $548.6 million of tracked pool liquidity.

The honest chain note: this is a pegged representation — the reserve sits with Tether, and the BSC contract is Binance's wrapped issuance of that claim, not a second Tether mint. That makes its risk profile two-layered: Tether's attestation cadence underneath, plus the bridge-custody layer Binance operates on top. For most users the distinction never matters; for anyone holding size it is the entire question.

FWWBTC

FWWBTC's liquidity figure needs reading upside down: about $90 million of tracked pool depth in our October 9, 2026 snapshot, against under a million dollars of recorded daily volume — roughly half a percent turnover. Real markets turn over; a pool this deep that barely trades is the signature of parked reserves rather than an active market — depth that exists on paper because someone deposited it, not because buyers and sellers meet there.

The asset itself is a wrapped-wrapper: a tokenized claim on an already-wrapped Bitcoin, which puts the holder two contract layers from the BTC underneath. The deployment at 0x2078f336fdd260f708bec4a20c82b063274e1b23 is what this page tracks — but the "Few" brand behind it leaves almost no public trail, and our snapshot did not open the contract: mint powers, transfer taxes, sell-blocking, and the redemption path it supposedly honors are all unexamined here. On an opaque wrapper, the redemption path is the entire product — if it is not documented and verifiable, the wrapper is an IOU from a party you cannot name.

FAQ

Which is bigger, USDT or FWWBTC?

By tracked market cap: USDT (BNB Chain) measures $9.19B and FWWBTC (Ethereum) measures — — dated snapshots, not a live feed.

Which is safer, USDT or FWWBTC?

On the contract checks we publish: USDT (BNB Chain) grades B and FWWBTC (Ethereum) grades E. A grade is a structural check on the contract, not a promise about the asset.

How have USDT and FWWBTC performed over the shared window?

Between 2026-09-15 and 2026-10-16T21:15:32, the measured snapshots show USDT at +0.15% and FWWBTC at −2.59%.

The grade column is the one CMC's compare page cannot print — our grade is computed from the contract itself (mint/freeze authority, liquidity, holder concentration). Changes are measured over the shared window stated on the chart, 2026-09-15→2026-10-16T21:15:32; a token with fewer measured points measures a shorter span inside it.
